Appointment and Re-appointment of Members to Advisory Committee

The Minister for Finance has re-appointed Ms Chan Yen San (Partner, KPMG LLP) and Prof Andrew Lee (Associate Professor, Singapore Management University) for a two-year term from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.

In addition, the following new members have been appointed for a two-year term from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025:

• Ms Khong Beng Yen (Ex-officio main member - Group Director, Auditor-General’s Office)/Ms Tan Soh Hian (Ex-officio alternate member - Audit Director, Auditor-General’s Office);

• Assoc Prof Lee Kin Wai (Associate Professor, Nanyang Technological University);

• Ms Cindy Sim Poh Leng (Senior Director (Finance, Procurement & Admin), Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore);

• Mr Michael Sim (Executive Director, Platanetree Capital Pte Ltd);

• Ms Tan Wee Khim (Ex-officio - Technical Director, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore); and

• Mrs Tay-Tok Seok Ling (Chief Financial Officer, Ngee Ann Polytechnic)

The Secretariat would like to thank the following members, who have stepped down from the Advisory Committee with effect from 1 January 2024, for their services during their term:

• Ms Bong Yap Kim (Ex-officio - Senior Technical Director, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore);

• Professor Ho Kim Wai (Associate Professor, Nanyang Technological University);

• Ms Debra Ann Ker (Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP);

• Ms Ng Lip Nin (Ex-officio main member - Group Director, Auditor-General’s Office);

• Mr William Tan (Assistant Chief Executive, National Library Board); and

• Ms Joyce Tong (Group Director (Finance), A*STAR)

In addition, the Secretariat would like to thank Ms Ong Swad Wen (Director (Finance, Procurement & Admin), National Heritage Board), who has stepped down from the Advisory Committee with effect from 1 November 2023, for her service during her term.
