Appointment and Re-appointment of Members to Advisory Committee

Read about the latest appointments and re-appointments to the Advisory Committee.
The Minister for Finance has re-appointed the following members for a two-year term from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027:
Associate Professor Lee Kin Wai (Associate Professor, Nanyang Technological University);
Ms Cindy Sim Poh Leng (Senior Director (Finance, Procurement & Admin), Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore); and
Mr Michael Sim (Executive Director, Platanetree Capital Pte Ltd).
In addition, the following new members have been appointed for a two-year term from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027:
Ms Lim Hwei Chen (Ex-officio - Divisional Director (Surveillance & Standards Division), Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority);
Mr Maurice Loh (Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP);
Ms Ng Lip Nin (Ex-officio main member – Group Director, Auditor-General’s Office) / Ms Candy Hong Keat Wee (Ex-officio alternate member – Audit Director, Auditor-General’s Office); and
Dr Holly Yang (Associate Professor, Singapore Management University).
The Secretariat would like to thank the following members, who have stepped down from the Advisory Committee with effect from 1 January 2026, for their services during their term:

Ms Khong Beng Yen (Ex-officio main member - Group Director, Auditor-General’s Office) / Ms Tan Soh Hian (Ex-officio alternate member - Audit Director, Auditor-General’s Office) ;
Assoc Prof Andrew Lee (Associate Professor, Singapore Management University);
Ms Tan Wee Khim (Ex-officio- Technical Director, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority); and
Mrs Tay-Tok Seok Ling (Chief Financial Officer, Ngee Ann Polytechnic).
